It\u2019s been around since last Fall, yet I\u2019ve only ever seen it from a distance. <\/p>\n\n

The creation is by muralist Nils Westergard and adorns the side  of the old ice plant near  Constitution Park in Waynesboro, Virginia. <\/p>\n\n

For some reason, it makes me think of Billy  musician Billie Ellish. <\/p>\n
